Training and Support

We'll begin with support because that's the scary one for most people. What will we do if something doesn't work or if we don't know how to work the portal?

We have a service centre which takes calls Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm on telephone 033 33 44 0686.

Apart from that, your account executive will take calls personally if necessary, if you struggle to communicate with a service desk on technical issues.

Additional 24/7 support can be arranged for specific projects when required.

AS MUCH AS YOU WANT TRAINING

The training occurs over three days with the option of requesting other days on a small fee.

INCLUDES THE ROMANCE

All the training includes the romance of digital pedagogy to ensure that it isn't only a matter of craftsmanship but also a lesson on the secret of becoming a digital teacher.

What else can one call it but the romance of the new learning?

  • Day 1: Course tools and Collaboration.
  • Day 2: Admin panel and the Personal tab.
  • Day 3: Assessments and Exams.
